Plain-English terms of use.

AI Trip Planner ("we") is a travel-planning tool that uses AI to generate itineraries and surfaces real prices from third-party providers. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You must be 13 or older to use the service. If you're under 18, please use it with a parent or guardian.

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at security@aitripplanner.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

• Don't use the service to plan anything illegal, harmful, or violating others' rights.
• Don't try to bypass rate limits, scrape, or reverse-engineer our APIs.
• Don't attempt to extract other users' data.

Itineraries, costs, opening hours, and recommendations are AI-generated estimates. They can be wrong. Always confirm critical details (visa requirements, weather, opening hours, prices) before traveling. We're not liable for losses arising from acting on AI output without verification.

When you click a "Search" link, you are taken to the partner's website (Booking.com, Skyscanner, Airbnb, etc.). Bookings, payments, refunds, and cancellations happen on those sites, under their terms. We are not a party to those transactions and do not handle your money.

The core service is free during beta. We may introduce paid plans in the future. We'll always preserve a free tier that covers itinerary generation. Existing free-tier users will keep their existing capabilities.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months (currently zero for free-tier users).

If we materially change these terms, we'll email registered users at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
